ReactorDSP offers digital audio products including virtual instruments, audio effects plugins, and sample libraries. All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive a license key via email and through your account dashboard. License keys are typically delivered instantly upon successful payment.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may install and use the software on up to three (3) devices (e.g., a studio desktop, a laptop, and a second workstation), provided the software is actively used on only one device at a time.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the software or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Share your license key or account credentials with others

You may use the software in commercial music productions, including songs, albums, film scores, game soundtracks, and other audio works, without additional licensing fees or royalties.

4. Account Registration

To purchase products and access downloads, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. ReactorDSP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. ReactorDSP does not store your credit card or payment details.

6. Refunds

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital sales, all purchases are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and audio samples, is the property of ReactorDSP or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

ReactorDSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the software or services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
