Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital sales, all purchases of digital products (including but not limited to virtual instruments, audio plugins, and sample libraries) are final. ReactorDSP is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products once they have been purchased and a license key has been issued.

Before You Purchase

Before making a purchase, please verify that your system meets the minimum requirements for the product. System requirements are listed on each product page. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing.

License Terms

All licenses issued for digital products are non-transferable. Licenses cannot be transferred, resold, or reassigned to other individuals. Each license permits installation on up to three (3) devices (e.g., a studio desktop, a laptop, and a second workstation), provided that the software is only actively used on one device at a time. Simultaneous use on more than one device is not permitted.

Technical Support

While refunds are not offered, ReactorDSP is committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience any technical issues with a product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a product has a confirmed, unresolvable defect that prevents it from functioning as described, ReactorDSP may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or store credit. Such cases will be evaluated individually.
