Heinrich Kollner
Founder & Lead Developer
Heinrich's expertise is the rare result of 18 years in the ERP and manufacturing space combined with a long-standing passion for music production. Bringing the two together into a deep understanding of audio DSP was a foregone conclusion.
His experience as a mixing and mastering engineer gives him valuable insight into the toolkit the modern audio engineer needs, while his programming background gives him the ability to make it a reality. His role at ReactorDSP encompasses DSP algorithm development, software architecture, and business strategy.

Lasse Lammert
Development Initiative & Sound Design
Lasse Lammert is a world-renowned producer and engineer who has always had a strong connection to pushing audio technology forward. Through multiple signature-series software packs and his involvement with Driftwood Amplifiers, Lasse has consistently translated the requirements of modern producers into effective technological development. While known mainly for his productions, he is also a respected educator through his work with the Wacken Foundation and Guitar Summit, among many others.
His extensive discography includes work with major metal and rock acts such as Alestorm, Gloryhammer, Wind Rose, Abigail Williams, Warrel Dane, David Ellefson, Raven, and Sigh.
Lasse has also mastered releases for Accept, Blind Guardian, Skeletal Remains and countless other internationally successful artists.
At ReactorDSP, Lasse leads the recording and sound design department, ensuring every product meets the exacting standards demanded by professional productions. His hands-on, detail-oriented approach and deep understanding of tone bring unparalleled authenticity to our products.
James Dunkley
Artists & Operations
James draws on a wealth of experience both as a working sound engineer and through deep roots in the MI industry. He has toured as a live engineer for artists such as New Model Army, Seether, The Used, and Reef, while also working for a selection of brand leaders in the music hardware and software industries in artist relations and marketing.
Like Lasse, James has strong insight into the requirements of modern engineers, coupled with a background in promotion, marketing, and artist relations. He brings a decisive edge and sharp logistical planning to the ReactorDSP team, while continuing to tour and undertake recording projects.
